BY COMMISSIONING ME IN ANY WAY OR FORM YOU AGREE TO MY TOS
➤By commissioning ADULT artwork from me you are agreeing and verifying that you are of legal age to view and purchase adult content.
➤I watermark my art. You are not allowed to remove or edit it.
➤You are not allowed to edit, crop, or change the art for any reason(examples: removing backgrounds, drawing over or cropping out my watermark).
➤You are not allowed to have other artists edit my work. Especially without my permission.
➤I am allowed to refuse any commission request if I do not deem myself capable of doing so or am uncomfortable doing such.
➤Don't use IRL nsfw reference images, it makes me extremely uncomfortable.
Payment
I only accept Paypal.
Payments will be by invoice sent by me.
I take payments up front.
There will be NO refunds after payment is accepted.
The ONLY exception is that I am unable to finish it within time given.
Process
♦ You have 48 hours to pay.
-If unable to pay within that time let me know beforehand.
♦ You must pay before I start working on it.
♦You must give me details and references before invoice.
♦ If you want the commission private it will be additional 50% of the original commission price.
♦ All of this must be conversed when the commission is first accepted. NOT after payment has been sent.
♦ You're allowed to make a maximum of 3 edits per stage, extra's will cost more and take a lot more of my time.
♦ You cannot request line changes during the shading phases.
♦ If the commission is from a YCH base of mine, the results will be similar to that of the YCH base, major changes will be declined if not requested before payment.
♦ A deadline will be given if the commission is accepted.
♦ WIPs will be provided during the process, in which I will give you(the buyer), approx. 3 business days to respond and provide feedback/request any edits you wish fixed.
♦ Failure to respond during this grace period will result in me automatically moving on to the next phase as if you said "All looks good, continue".
♦ If you need more time, communicate, I will try to keep in touch at least once a day.
